4. Shipment Insurance: We offer optional shipment insurance, which may be purchased by the shipper at an additional cost. Insurance coverage is subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance policy and is not included in the basic shipping charges unless specifically stated.

5. Delivery Timeframe: While we make efforts to deliver shipments in a timely manner, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be subject to delays due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, weather conditions, customs clearance, or transportation disruptions.

6. Liability for Loss or Damage: Our liability for loss or damage to a shipment is limited to the lesser of the actual value of the shipment or the maximum liability limits set by applicable law or international conventions, unless additional insurance is purchased by the shipper. The shipper must notify us in writing of any loss or damage within a specified timeframe.

7. Prohibited Items: We do not accept shipments that contain prohibited items, including but not limited to, illegal substances, dangerous goods, firearms, explosives, live animals, or perishable goods. The shipper is responsible for ensuring that the shipment does not contain any prohibited items.

8. Customs Clearance: Shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, including but not limited to, inspections, duties, taxes, or other fees. The shipper is responsible for providing accurate and complete customs documentation and complying with all applicable customs laws and regulations.

9. Indemnification: The shipper agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or related to the shipment, including but not limited to, claims for loss or damage to the shipment, violations of law or regulations, or any other act or omission of the shipper.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania USA. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these terms and conditions will be posted on our website or provided to the shipper in writing.

MPA Logistics LLC Shipping Cancellation Policy**

1. Cancellation Window

Customers may request the cancellation of their order within 24 hours of scheduled pick up for full refund. Cancellations done within 6-12 hours before pickup may be subjected to a TONU (Truck Ordered Not Used) charge.

2. Cancellation Fees

We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee to cover processing costs, dead head miles, restocking fees, or other related expenses. The amount of the cancellation fee will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

3. Exceptions

We may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests for certain shipments, especially if they have already been shipped or loaded onto a shipping unit. In such cases, customers will need to follow our return policy for resolution.
